Steven from the leicester dreams shop was very helpful and polite. We went in looking at prices etc and ended up walking out buying a headboard, bed base and mattress. He gave us great customer service and have already recommend dreams to my friends and family! We can not wait to receive our new bed. And was very surprised of the delivery time. Very impressed. The Advisor was knowledgeable and very helpful. He invited us to try out numerous mattresses to ascertain what we really needed ( it has been 20 years since we last purchased one,so we didn't have a clue).

The sales advisor Vivek Solanki was exceptionally great. He made a great effort to explain every aspect of the sale in great detail. He also had an excellent manner and proved to be very polite too. The knowledge of the products he sold to us was again exceptional. Overall, Vivek was an absolute pleasure to do business with.

I was very well pleased with the knowledge of beds along with allowing me to try all the necessary beds. I am having trouble sleeping and so he helped me with finding the right mattress.

Having looked at the bed we wanted on line we went to the st Georges store to have a better look at it. We got all the assistance and advice we needed from the sales adviser before we bought it.
