Explanation of colouring of products on arrival. Use of computer system to analyse our sleeping needs and explanation of the 6 chosen was carried out very well. Drink much appreciated. Good customer service. Left alone as well to discuss what we needed. Very happy to buy again and recommend to fr and family.

this was a very nice laid out shop, and the manager who served us was very helpful. we were asked if we wanted a hot drink as sat placing our order.

Vivek in the Leicester branch was excellent! Great product knowledge and understood our needs, he was patient with us and helped us decide. Superb customer service the first time we visited hence the second visit to place the order.
