I was very pleased with my visit because the moment I entered the store with my wife, daughter and granddaughter we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff. The member of staff began by asking us questions on what we were looking for and asking if we needed assistance. I was very confused as to how the pricing worked but the member of staff was able to quickly explain everything to me and show me around the store. I was also happy with how no matter where we were the member of staff was also close by to answer any questions or provide further information especially no matter how random or questions were. And I particularly enjoyed how the member of staff was patient with us my 3 month granddaughter was getting tired. The member of staff also helped us use the lifts to get upstairs which was very thoughtful and kind. And in regard to the other staff members I liked that not too many people were trying to sell us anything but let us get on with one member of staff. This saved us having to keep repeating ourselves.

The Sales Assistant Vivek was very courteous and helpful. He explained the colour coding of the products and offered a drink, which was welcome, and then left us alone to look around and test the mattresses. When we required his help, he was immediately on hand to answer our questions.

Tha assistant was very helpful and was able to help us decide on what we really needed in terms of getting the correct bed.

Staff were welcoming, explained location of products and then let us have time alone until we requested further assistance.

Our service with Anil was amazing, he is a real credit to the company. After our visit to your Loughborough brand a couple of weeks before we were really put off the company by the brash and rude way we were spoken to by your staff members. But going to your Leicester branch and dealing with Anil reaffirmed our faith in the brand.

we got help as soon as we stepped in the store which was really helpful. We wanted a firm mattress but needed help knowing which one.The assistant was very helpful and patient.

Was my first visit in that stire and the employers very friendly and they explain very well everything !!! Because i don't know very well english , he try to explain me in a different way.... Like this i understand everything...

We were asked a number of times if we needed help however were not hounded, we did not feel we were amongst a pushy sales person. The service we got from Jerome was outstanding, he was very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted, we did not feel pressured into purchasing. We felt we were given time and space to make a decision we were happy with. Store was clean and tidy, wide choice of beds and mattresses to compare.
