Quick , honest and fast service from anil

Having shopped at Dreams previously I found this time the service provided was excellent. Felt at ease as left to make my own decision on the items I wanted, after a discussion about the products available. The service one would expect from everyone in retail these busy times. It was good to find that there was a member of staff available to speak to, as these days it is very difficult to find someone with the knowledge and availability of the products being sold. Vivek was very knowledgeable and confident. He seemed to have our best interests at heart and even laughed at our jokes which I'm sure he's heard a thousand times.

Steve, at the Leicester St George's Retail Park was very helpful. We weren't punched upon, being given a little time as we entered the shop to have a little look around. Then, with his very gentle manner, he was able to suggest beds for our needs, which included trying out the bed tester/machine to find our most suitable mattresses. At no point did we feel pressured by Steve, nor did we feel overpowered by his presence. We were given plenty of time to talk amongst ourselves, with the right amount of support. Once we had chosen our bed, Steve was able to sort us out an even better deal than we initially thought we were getting. The purchase procedure was smooth and efficient, and we were told everything we needed to know. A very personable customer service and the best, we think, we have received in a long time. Thank you!
