The service was great staff were very friendly and extremely helpful they gave extra time to ensure we were satisfied with the bed we choose highly recommended dreams

We were not sure what we wanted and Kaye explained all the different beds and how they worked as my partner has a back problem. She was very patient while we tried several different mattresses until we decided on the one we ordered. There was no pressure selling and we did not feel like we had to make a purchase. This is our 2nd bed from Dreams so well done.

Customer service was very good and made us feel like a valued customer. Had a hot chocolate and shown alot of different beds to choose from.

The manager was very helpful but not pushy. He let us look around the store without following us or interrupting, but ensured he was available if we had a question. He also very kindly got me a drink water which was much appreciated.
