The sales assistant Vivek was extremely knowledgable & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We were offered & given a coffee & water upon arrival. We didn’t feel rushed & Vivek spent a lot of time with us ensuring that our needs were met.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, made to feel welcome and nothing was a problem. Like buying a bed from a friend, plus the hot chocolate was best we've had!!

Anil was welcoming and available without being intrusive. He answered any questions and although I knew exactly what I was looking for he made the ordering process straightforward. Due to the products being available at Dreams and Anil’s customer service I would definitely recommend Dreams.

I like my experience in the St George's REtail PArk store. Your staff Kaye was very knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to understand my preferences. I have not seen this in many places. and the service she provided was beyond my expectation. Excellent!
