The sales person was extremely helpful but not pushy. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. He didn't rush me and explained about the product very well. Overall I was very impressed and satisfied with every aspect of the sale and would definately recommend your store to anyone who would want to visit and purchase a product. The mattress itself is very good.

I entered the store with my 2 year old. All staff were extremely helpful to me and my son in allowing him to play on the beds whilst I discussed options with Stanley. All staff were very helpful and knew the right items and what was available and suitable. It was a great encounter and I will be using the same store again in the future. So will my family.

Great service from Nirali, she took care to give us thd right level of support and advice. Only thing didn’t like was too many additional charges for every extra item. Felt like a Ryanair you’d model. Where every small thing is an additional cost plus too many insurances to take out

A wonderful experience purchasing a mattress at dreams. We were assisted by Nirali who was very knowledgeable about the products. After using sleepmatch we were shown what mattresses would be suitable. After lying on several mattresses we found the perfect one. We were offered drinks and not pressured into buying anything. After spending nearly 3 hours in the store we purchased the perfect mattress.
