Steve the manager at the Leicester st George's retail park store is extremely helpful and I provided me with excellent customer service. I will be recommending this store to all my family and friends.

The salesmen where very knowledgeable on there products and taught us a few tips we were not aware of.

The sales assistant (I think his name was Vivek?) that we dealt with was very friendly but professional and wanted to ensure we made the right choices before making our final decision. We didn't feel rushed at all and he even showed us several different mattress possibilities to ensure the one we chose was right. He explained to us about delivery and also mattress protectors etc. Very helpful and would definitely come back again next time we require a bed.

The sales assistant, Kaye, was very knowledgeable of the product and demonstrated the ease of using the sofa beds. The whole experience of shopping at Dreams was a delight. There was no rush or pressure to buy, and we came away very pleased with our purchase.

We're buying our first ever bed as a couple for our new home. We visited Dreams initially to 'have a look around' and check out prices of bed frames and mattresses. We walked in and were immediately approached by a Sales adviser. We were taken to the high tech mattress to determine which mattresses would best suit the both of us- this experience in it self was amazing!!! We tried out all the suggestions and the sales adviser explained the technology behind each mattress perfectly. We fell in love with one mattress in particular at which point we were then taken to shown the bed frames. Again everything was explained in detail, all the different features were shown to us and we liked a bed frame really quickly. The whole experience from start to finish was so smooth, we never thought it would be so easy to decide on a bed! The sales rep in the Leicester branch- Anil Patel was brilliant, without his help we would have struggled. The mattress and bed we have gone for is amazing and can't wait to sleep on it!!!
