Man in the store super friendly ,took time to find me the right bed , mattress nothing was too much trouble for him

Got what I was looking for straight away told Exactly what I wanted to hear and bought the bed

The help, advice given to us by Jerome helped us to make what we hope is the right choice of mattress for us.

We were greeted and attended to as soon as we arrived by Anil who asked about our needs and showed us the diagnostic machine. He showed us all the possible mattresses and explained about the specification of each. He was extremely friendly throughout. A great experience thank you

There were a good range of products on offer for every price range. There were some good offers on at the time that we shopped. The store was clean and well-set out. Staff were friendly and approachable. Vivek in particular was very knowledgeable about the products on offer. He was very patient when we were making a decision. And he gave us the right balance of assistance and space to decide (which is not always the case with staff when furniture shopping elsewhere!).

Your shop assistant Anil attended to our needs very well and myself and my partner were very happy with the way he helped us. We were offered drinks throughout our visit which I thought was a very nice touch. Anil is a very good member of your team as he has very good knowledge of your products and helped us pick the correct matress for our needs
