Friendly staff understood exactly what I was after and sold me a product to match my needs.

The man who look after me was very helpful and not rush me and explained about the beds and I think I have a perfect bed for me..plus friend I bump into in the shop asking me questions about the beds and cause the man explained things and I past the information to her and she place a order herself as well..

Vivek dealt with our bed enquiry well and was straight to the point in what payment plans was available which suited our needs

Jerome was very experienced, he took us through the test bed and then gave us a few options to try. He explained things very clearly and was very friendly, even gave my grandson his own chocolate biscuit.

Highly satisfied with the service we received in the store. Vivek Solanki did not rush us in finding the right product. He asked questions and gave us plenty of time to think about what we wanted. Very knowledgeable on the products which made it easy for us. Also made us hot drinks. We were in the store for 2 hours.

Having seen the demise of keen,knowledgeable staff in most retail establishments it was a very pleasant surprise to meet Vivek. My wife and I entered the store with the idea of purchasing a new mattress.After a few moments looking around Vivek approached and asked if he could be of assistance.We explained what we wanted and Vivek put us on the bed which measured what would be most suitable for us.He then showed excellent product knowledge and after trying numerous beds we purchased a new bed,base,headboard and mattress.During this time he was patient,answered all our questions without being at all pushy!A true professional and we left having had excellent coffee and a great retail experience.Would definitely recommend this store to anyone requiring new beds etc.

The wife and I were very satisfied the way we were treated and dealt with. The Salesman had very good knowledge of the products he was selling and dealt with all our Questions.
