The lady Kaye knew her stuff and gave us a plenty of time to decide and the privacy to decide - rather than hovering over us. I hate shop assistants who don’t leave us alone!

The customer service was fantastic, Kaye gave us some excellent advice based on our needs and provided a good assortment of choices and gave us time to consider our options, we did not feel rushed or pressured but she was available for any questions we had.

Jerome at Leicester St Georges branch was extremely attentive and friendly. I could not fault the store in any way what so ever as the staff were unbelievably kind. Jerome listened to exactly what I wanted in terms of comfort and budget and met this perfectly. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted immediately which is something I haven't noticed at any other bed retailers, I was also offered a complimentary drink of choice whilst I looked around which is something that happens extremely rarely in any other bed stores. In all, I highly recommend this store and also Jerome who was hands down the best sales consultant I have ever come across! So polite! Will definitely recommend and return! Thanks!!
