Very helpful sales assistant (Kaye). She has excellent product knowledge and was a pleasure to deal with. Also offered us drinks. Very clean and well laid-out store with easy-to-follow colour-coded products. A sleep diagnostic machine was a very useful aid in us narrowing down which type of mattress to buy later on.

Kaye was very accommodating and answered all our question. She left us alone with the products and we never felt we were pressured in making a purchase.

The colleague who assisted us (Anil) was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We were offered refreshments and he gave us time to look at different options. He was very patient and very helpful. We actually left to decide and compare at another bed shop then came back and he was still not pushy but allowed us time to fully decide and to also answer our further questions. He also did his best for us regarding deals etc. The whole process was very easy, pleasant and we felt fully informed as to what we were purchasing. He is great at his job and definitely recommend this Dreams store.
