Dreams - Leicester St Georges

The lady, Kaye, at Dreams in Leicester was very helpful indeed, the men there less so

Was greeted as soon as we got into the shop, refreshments were offered too. We were taken around to look at the range of beds and mattresses to suit our needs. We wasnt pestered either as the person left us to our own devices to check and get a proper look of the stock etc.

Laye at the Leicester branch was very helpful. We got to use the tester to see what bed was best for us. Everything explained. WS even asked if we would like a drink( tea.coffee.water) unheard of. Very impressed.

Got the mattress we required

The sales assistent Anil was most helpful during our shopping experience. His experience and friendly approach helped provide my wife and I added confidence and trust in the products we selected. He was not a typical pushy sales person, but was clearly knowledgable and most importantly listened to what we were after rather than just selling us what he thought would be suitable - thank you Anil!

We had not shopped at dreams before and we’re very impressed with the mattress choosing technology which was very clever - the first one it chose for us was the one we bought! In arriving in the store a colleague came straight over, he was not too ‘salesy’ just informative and friendly and left us to shop which was a big thing for us. Anil that served us was very helpful, friendly and made the experience a lot easier. We’d planned on heading to bensons for beds also and never got this far!

Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also good at keeping our daughter interested.

Fairly prompt help although the shop wasn't busy. Steve seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. Very helpful. Really nothing to criticise. I guess the big advantage is a wide range of products

The assistant was absolutely brilliant, knowledgeable, totally professional and very easy to talk with, her name we are led to believe is Kaye (know to other members of staff as "mother". What a brilliant "young" lady. If I was still in business I would "head hunt" her tomorrow. An absolute delight to meet her, she answered all the questions with in depth knowledge and very very loyal to the company. Very very pleasant experience. We trust the company recognises such a loyal employee.
