Dreams - Leicester St Georges

Steve the store manager in Leicester was absolutely fantastic, this is our first time buying a bed as new home owners and he made us feel very welcome with a cup of tea and a bottle of water. He also looked to show me (a back pain suffer) the best bed for my needs. He also acknowledged that we couldn’t afford the top end and was honest about what products would be good for our budget and needs.

Staff were available and helpful, all questions answered. Pleasant store with good parking.

Friendly member of staff who found out what we were looking for. She assisted us with the sleep machine to identify the ideal mattress for our needs, explaining all the colours and codes. Offered us a drink and gave us some pillows but then left us alone to explore the store by ourselves, unpressured by the need to make a sale. Once we were ready to purchase, she gave us good advise about the guarentee and collecting the old mattress as well. Overall a very postive experience.

Anil’s product knowledge was excellent, no questions a problem and above all he had the time and not rushing to do a sale. He left us to decide from the mattresses which suited me. Anil has been professional and understood well my needs. Please pass my thanks to Anil
