I was very impressed with the knowledge, personal service and friendliness of Jerome from the leicester St. George’s retail store.

Jerome the salesman was very professional in every aspect. He was polite, not pushy at all which we liked. He was very knowledgable and precise. Offered us refreshments too which was a lovely touch for the customer.

Jerome was very knowledgeable and gave us just the right amount of attention. Pushy salesman put us off so Jerome was perfect.

We were served by a lovely lady Kaye, she understood our needs, allowed us time and space to choose, was very patient with us. She went through everything thorouggly. She even offered us pillows whilst we were trying out mattresses !

Everything was made simple and easy to choose and order.

The store manager Steve at leicester branch is very accomodating and helpful.

Anil gave us superb service. He made us feel important and guided us with lots of information to help us decide on the right bed for us. He did not push us to buy the most expensive products like other stores we have been to, he helped us choose what was perfect for us. He helped us find the right mattress using the electronic machine, he gave us plenty of drinks and gave us the right amount of space and support. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced when buying a product in a store. I would love Anil to be recognised for his kind, considerate and informative nature.
