Our sales agent Anil was very helpful and thoroughly went through the different mattress softnesses with my wife and I as we have particular needs when it comes to sleep comfort. There were many products in store that we could see in person and check the build quality. We were unable to see in person the Murphy bed that we had actually come to see unfortunately but I cannot fault the experience otherwise.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, helped with the machine to check the mattress and also helped look around and find suitable products for within price range
