I made my purchases on my second visit to the store. The first time I was served by a lady named Nirali, although she was new to the store she was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without making us feel under pressure at any time. On the second visit we spoke to the store manager Steve who was extremely friendly and helpful whilst remaining completely professional. We made our purchases on this occasion and couldn’t be happier with the help we received.

Layout of the store, ease of identification of mattress types. Very welcoming staff, attentive but not pushy. Range of products.

The gentleman who dealt with me and my husband was extremely knowledge, was very patient, as I have a disability and am a little slow. He showed us beds that would be suitable for our specific needs and ensured he did not overwhelm us by showing us too many. He suggested we leave and return, if we were unable to make a decision on our initially visit. This made the whole experience less pressurised. We were offered refreshments and were given time to decide if we comfortable with making such an expensive purchase. This was an extremely positive experience.

We have excellent support from both Stanley and Jerome whilst in store and they were both extremely knowledgeable

I felt that shop assistant was patient with me as i took time testing different beds to see which one was best for me

Expert friendly help

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They also were respectful in not pushing anything, but waiting to be asked for information or advice. It is a very friendly environment

Your colleague Mrs Nirali approached me and my wife at the right time when we entered the store. Mrs Nirali was very kind and helpful. She helped us to choose the right mattress. Even though our budget was £500 we were very happy to buy £900 mattress. We would come again to the store and even ask for Mrs Nirali to assist us again.

It all came down to great customer service. Although we turned up at the address of the old store location due to telephone answer msgs being incorrect following tel numbers from the website. We were shown excellent service in the store from Steve the store manager and Anil Patel excellent knowledge of products
