I went into store and out within 20 minutes mattress ordered and in the car

When we arrived we were soon approached by a friendly member of staff who pointed out a ‘black Friday’ deal that was due to end on that day. He talked us through the benefits and we made a purchase of 2 of the mattresses. The whole process was done with ease and the member of staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend the Leicester store at St George’s Retail Park.

all staff are all knowledgeable and knew there products well. my only gripe is there could have heating in the store as it was -1oc outside

Quick friendly service and nice staff

I purchased the perfect bed and mattress for myself. The customer service was brilliant and Ian (Leicester dreams) was very helpful. He explained everything to me and took as much time to help me. Overall very happy with my experience.

Visited the Leicester store to undertake the Sleepmatch scanner to find the perfect bed fit. Anil was great, explaining the scanner, how it worked. There were 8-10 results and Anil helped narrow it down with budget, bed type etc. There was no pressure or sales talk, Anil made you feel welcome, advising to take time testing out the beds to find the best one.

The staff who looked after us in Leicester store was very attentive. Nirali assisted us very well and we found what we were looking for easily.
