Dreams - Leicester St Georges

Kaye at the Leicester store took time to undertake the sleep test and spent time explaining the different products. We were with our three year old son at the time and Kaye was attentive to him also to make sure he was okay too. Lovely service. Will Definately and have already recommended to friends 😀

We were greeted by Leicester store manager Steve first who was friendly and welcoming. We did not feel pressured to purchase anything whilst we were there but got the feeling they really wanted to help us. We wanted to try the sleep match but other customers were using it so Steve kept us updated as to when we would be next. We were offered and given a hot drink and passed to Anil once the assessment was done. Anil was patient and very knowledgeable and again, didn’t make us feel pressured to purchase anything. We were given pillows to try out and looked for other options when I said I wasn’t keen on the options. We were not rushed and Anil was very helpful throughout. Steve checked in regularly to make sure we were happy and the whole experience was really friendly and relaxed.

The assistant was very knowledgable, explained where things were and understood our needs. Then left us to browse before we made our purchase

As soon as I walked into the store I saw a smiling warm welcoming staff member called Nirali at the Leicester St George store asking if I needed help. I was unsure which product to choose but Nirali directed me to the amazing technology which I have only seen at Dreams. This helped a lot as me and my wife were able to choose the type of mattress we needed from the results. I would like to add that Nirali also offered us a hot drink whilst we were waiting and gave our 3 year old son some colouring to do to keep him occupied whilst we tested out the mattresses. 10/10 for service & help. Definitely would recommend.

We were treated with great respect and the assistant was never pushy and understood our needs. We were looked after well and were given a lovely drink of chocolate. We will definitely recommend your store in the future. Thank you.

Walked in to the store with no idea where to start Nirali approached and asked if I needed help, my response was not sure what mattress I need, she helped me purchase 2 mattresses to suit both mine and my sons needs , her knowledge was excellent

We had previously been to another dreams store to go on the sleep match bed and we had spent time the night before investigating some beds we wanted and against our budget. When we entered the store Anil was very quick to come over and offer his assistance, we told him the situation and he showed us to the beds we had already decided on and ensured we had already tried the sleep match bed. He offered drink and suggested some other beds which were similar to the ones we had decided on, offering his expertise for our body types. Once we made the decision the purchase process was swift and Anil explained the process clearly. Very highly satisfied with both dream stores, Leicester and Nuneaton.

Polite service but not pushy very knowledgeable and informative a good all-round experience took note of the fact that we didn't want to spend a lot of money and steered us to the less expensive well-suited products. Excellent!
