Very satisfied with the service I received. The only thing I am a little disappointed in that I placed my order on 25/1/20 and won’t receive the bed till 16/3/20 so around 7 weeks. A little long but love the bed I chose.

We were assisted by Nirali in making our choice of bed. Nirali explained everything very clearly and we found the experience of having our sleeping posture assessed very helpful. We were allowed to keep looking checking and comparing the different matresses for as long as we wanted and Nirali made sure we understood the various differences between them without being over attentive. She gave us each a hot drink and made our experience of the store a happy one.

We were assisted by Steve, the store manager. He gave us all the initial help & support we required then gave us the space & time necessary to make our final decision. It was a good shopping experience and not rushed @ all. The hot chocolate was also very good!

The salesman engaged with us very quickly without being forceful.. he made us feel at ease.. the salesman had good knowledge and having listened to what we wanted he advised my partner and myself to experience the computerised bed simulator and used the results plus our requirements to put us towards mattresses that would be suitable to our needs ..
