Friendly staff who greeted us on arrival. We were served by Stanley who's product knowledge was excellent and answered all our questions and was a great help in our choosing the mattress and bed. We went on the mattress machine and were offered drinks too. We didn't feel pressured as in some stores and said we had others shops to look at but came back to Dreams as we liked your beds the best and the service was excellent.....thank you

Nirali was the sales person , she served us with a smile and made us feel so comfortable and friendly nature and was happy with the whole customer journey ! Highly recommend her ! She s a star

I was pleasantly surprised at the technology used in helping me select the mattress. I look forward to sleeping on it.

Because the assistant STANLEY was able to answer all of our questions.. and showed us which beds were suitable for us from the dream machine.. Offered us pillows and insurance and mattress protector.. (and made a lovely cup of tea).. Explained all about how the mattresses were made... (to order) and delivery 🚚 was on a Saturday so no worries about arranging time off or trying to get shift to fit in (I don't work Saturdays).. and considering Stanley had only been there for a few months he was very knowledgeable as was his work buddy Jerome.. Couldn't fault anything and I will definitely recommend DREAMS to any of my family or friends who might need a new bef

sales person demonstrated excellent product knowledge without pressure. sales person was Kaye and I give her full marks.

Staff member Ms Nirali went out of her way to explain the differences between the mattresses and also showed very good hospitality by providing hot drinks to us all. You have a very good catch by employing her. The use of modern technology to guide us through the mattress made choosing easier.
