Stanley was extremely polite as well as helpful with everything. Talked me through all the different mattresses and beds and his customer service really and truly added value to my purchase. Would definitely come back to this store and would recommend friends and family to have Stan assist them with anything. Can't stress enough how helpful he was.

The staff member who helped us spent a long time talking through options. He did not make us feel rushed. Very knowledgeable and assisted in finding a new mattress for myself and my husband which we hadn’t planned on getting. We purchased a new bed for my son and will be returning in the next few weeks to treat ourselves to an expensive new mattress

Stanley was very helpful. Made us a hot drink. Bed matched us with the smart match. He was very forthcoming.

Steve was extremely helpful; he approached us as we entered the store and asked if he could help, he took us through the machine to match our needs then took us to each recommended bed and described the key features, he also offered us a hot drink. He then gave us time to go back to the beds until we had decided

The store manager at the Leicester branch was really helpful, made us a drink. His approach was really good I didn’t feel pressured and he was relaxing and knowledgeable and allowed us to make an informed decision

We were greeted by Steve as soon as we entered the store. He asked the right questions to understand our needs, offered advice and assistance, gave us pillows to try out on the beds and made us a cuppa while we browsed but didn’t hover intrusively
