The customer service is what makes and breaks the reputation of a brand . I visited dreams Leicester and was given absolutely brilliant service - product info and even the follow up was great . Mr Stanley offered impeccable service by not only he convinced me buying a mattress but also a bed frame which I was going to buy from somewhere else . 5 star all the way . Keep it up

The lady that took care of us was Nirali she was so lovely, made sure we were happy with everything, offered us a drink and made sure we were aware of what was on offer throughtout the store, even my daughter was offered a little book to look at whilst we were occupied choosing a bed . Initially we were seen by Anil , he wasn’t that helpful to be honest. He didn’t really understand our needs and I did not feel that helped us find what we really needed. However we met another consultant called Jerome, he was absolutely outstanding, he evaluated all our needs and took went out of his way to look after us. He took us to the sleep bed machine to Acctually find out what kind of matress our bodies Acctually needed and then he showed us around to see what what suitable for the both of us and what what’s in our price range. After trying the recommended materess we I bought it outright on the spot. Jerome was outstanding. Very pleased with us knowledge and understanding of what a customer really needs

Fantastic customer service, my uncle brought a bed within the week and with great service I was back at the weekend to buy my daughter a bed and mattress. Anil a lovely guy who took his time to show me all the available beds and mattresses and what suits me best. I felt comfortable and left as a happy customer. Anil 5 stars sevice

I had already selected and was monitoring the bed i wanted to order, so i knew what i needed. When i visited the store i didn't quite expect to actually see the bed i wanted as there are dozens of beds on the website and the chances were small. I was quite surprised to find that the bed was in the showroom in the exact colour and exact size that i wanted which was extremely likely and helped me visualise what it would look like in my room. Generally really surprised and really happy about it!

I visited the Leicester branch this weekend looking for a full bed and double mattress. Stanley was incredibly helpful throughout our visit, we tested mattress firmness and he took us to the mattress that we ended up buying. We had an idea of what double mattress we wanted but after testing it he recommended another mattress that was much better quality for the same price. His advice was brilliant throughout our visit.

Anil our advisor was very friendly and approachable. He guided us well from start to finish. He showed us the machine in store which identifies which bed would be suitable to our needs, and conveniently the first bed on the list was the one!
