Chris Hilton I was served by Stephen in the Leeds Branch on the retail park and it was su h a great experience and easy purchase we actually waited until he was available to sit down with him and buy.

David was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy in regards to sales. We had a positive experience and was advised on the best mattress to suit us. Delivery availability was also great!

Where do I start? as a new homeowner, furnishing a house is a big deal. I walked into Dreams window shopping. However I was greeted by Stephen and Linda who both could not do enough to help me, with all the questions I had they took there time with me and with excellent product knowledge they guided me through the decision making process with ease. Stephen and Linda, together with the rest of the team, David and AJ could not do enough to help me. They are all extremely polite, kind and caring they went way above and beyond for what is required for them and are all deserving of a well earned pay rise in my eyes. I have never experienced customer service like it, I mean honestly they where perfect, full of wonderful energy. Dreams do not know how lucky they are to have these incredible people as members of staff. I walked out of the store having purchased two mattresses and have since ordered two more. This is not because Dreams has a great product, I could have gone elsewhere, but I wanted to purchase from here again because of all the staff, particularly Stephen and Linda P.s I am not one for reviews, in-fact I have never left one in my life, but these guys deserved a shout out.

The overall experience of picking out a mattress was great, we loved the scanner that narrowed down the search, we would have otherwise done to IKEA and picked one of theirs, also the amount of added products we got, such as pillows, duvet was amazing and saved us a lot of money

All staff were very attentive and didn’t try and rush us in anyway. Their product knowledge was excellent and really spent a lot of time informing us of the best product that suited our needs
