The shop was very well presented and clean with staff who had a great knowledge of every bed we looked at. Highly recommend anyone to visit.

We were greeted as we came through the door, he told us where things were located, directing us to the specific area we required, then left us to browse following up bit later. He didn't pester us or pressure us. It was a very pleasant sales experience over all.

Chris (who served us) was attentive, but not over bearing. He was very knowledgeable and directed us to the items of interest for us.

The machine testing for the type of mattress was really good .. very objective way for selecting the options. The staff was friendly and offered tea.

David, who assisted us made our shopping experience a good one. He wasn’t pushy, took time to understand our budget and what we were looking for, and guided us through to exactly what we were looking for at a price to suit.

Sales assistant was very friendly and explained the various products that were along the lines that we were looking for. Listened well.
