Really happy with how it all was from start to finish went away very happy

All the help we received was spot on and friendly. We were given plenty of time to decide what we'd like to do in our purchase of a new bed, without a sales assistant hovering, but with the knowledge they were just there if we needed help, which we did. Even though we spent a lot more than we expected, we were happy with our purchase thanks to all the information that was given to us. Any questions we asked where met with reassuring answers.

The sales person was very knowledgeable on the products and understood what our needs were. I didn’t find him to be pushy or try and oversell products that we didn’t need

The knowledge and the assistance of Lina from Leeds Birstall was second to none she was great in assisting me and my partner!

Excellent customer service from a very knowlegeable staff member. Couldn’t have asked for better. Good selection of beds too but the customer service is what made you stand out from other stores

Very attentive representative, sleep machine excellent, shown array of different mattresses and bases and advised on best for my budget. Friendly and even got a coffee!

Good product knowledge from the adviser and good quality items in store, with quick delivery of product (same week). Only minor area for improvement, was we did feel slightly uncomfortable with the upselling of the damage/fault insurance with the product. In normal times, this would be fine, but with current cost of living/inflation issues experienced by most households at the moment, I felt it should have been more "light touch"

Staff are friendly, would able to find the item i know efficiently

The team were really helpful and answered all the questions we had about the product. The team were also welcoming and offers us all a drink when we sat down to purchase our sofa bed
