the lady was very friendly and understood the needs we had, She didn't push us to buy any products. we felt we got value for money and got the right products to suit our needs

I had 2 visits to the store at Birstall and all staff were brilliant and very helpful. I was assisted by David and he explained everything clearly and didn’t feel pressured in any way. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone who will be looking for a bed in the future.

Ajmal was very friendly and polite from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, nothing seemed too much trouble for him and he took the time to let us try as many mattresses as we needed to before making a decision.

We were looked after by AJ from the moment we walked into the store. He recommended the 3 min mattress selector test after we had chosen our preferred frame. It seems we were not using the right mattress, which became apparent as we tested those recommended for us. We are so happy to have a lovely comfy mattress to look forward to. Thanks to all of the team for excellent customer service!!!

We were greeted upon entry and allowed a wander before speaking with a member staff, who showed us to the smart bed after specifying what we were looking for and then showed us a real example of the mattress. We purchased the exact mattress before leaving.
