Dealt with as soon as we entered the shop advice given was great we were given plenty of time to make our own decision without any pressure. When we decided which item we wanted the salesman was instantly available and the sale was completed without any problems and very quick.

The staff from start to finish looked after us put us on demo bed. Then then ask us price range the showed 3 mattresses to choice from we pick one sales men was great.

I arrived at the store upset (visibly) at being let down by another company. Was given water and a friendly welcome. Found a bed I love with a quick delivery slot. Friendly, efficient, great service

Without a doubt, the customer service that I received from David at the store was the best I have ever experienced. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and assisted me throughout my visit, spending a long time with me and ultimately letting me find the perfect item.
