Stephen was very helpful and guided us round the store pointing us in the right direction, then let us Bob around but was there if we needed his assistance further.

Fast attention as to our requirements. Listened to our requirements carefully. Gave all options available, with full knowledge of availabilities. Took very little time to enter our details and requirements. Answered al our questions we needed to know . Was very pleasant and friendly.

The service we received was brilliant. Not pushy and gave us time to explore what we wanted. We used the sleeping machine to see which mattress would be best for us and was allowed to explore the different kind of options that would be suit us.

During my visit, I did not feel pressured by any staff to purchase any products and was encouraged to take my time and find the right product. This enabled me to try find the matress I wanted, without the pressure. I had also asked about a more expensive matress, but after discussing this with your colleague, I was actually discouraged from this as it was unsuitable for my requirements, and instead recommended one that would suit me better.
