Your salesman was excellent, however he initially only directed us towards the most expensive mattresses. Dreams nearly missed out on our business because we left the store thinking we could not afford anything except a clearance mattress. It was only at our second visit when we could not find a suitable clearance mattress, and explained everything else was to expensive, did the salesman actually show us a mattress that would fit into our budget. In my opinion the salesman should have shown us a variety of mattresses to suit varying budgets initially, rather than simply direct us to the most expensive mattresses

Made up our mind on a mode of mattress that met our needs only to find out seconds before buying that it was on a months lead time for only that size. Paid extra for the next best choice… slightly out of the budget.
