The assistant, Steve at Birstall was very helpful, knowledgable & took time to understand our needs and then showed us the mattresses & frames that best suited our needs & budget

We bought our bed at Dreams a couple of years ago and we were satisfied with their service, so we went back to buy another bed for our guest room. We tried the new technology(not sure what it's called) to find the best bed for myself and my husband which was easy for us to decide what bed we should go for. The staffs were very kind and the service was good. We will definitely go back if we need a new bed in the future.

Within an hour I came out having purchased a new bed, mattress & pillow which was due to be delivered in less than a month. The lady really looked after us, offered a drink, knew exactly what I was looking for without trying to sell the most expensive items to me.
