Very friendly and effective service. Assistant (Andy, I think) was very approachable and helpful without making us feel uncomfortable or pressured.

Anita was friendly, helpful, professional and Knowledgeable. She explained the safety procedures for the store along with the process of choosing an appropriate product while listening to and understanding our requirements. Following the "Sleepmatch" test we were offered a selection of product options to try. We were given plenty of time to try the different mattresses without any high pressure selling, just clear guidance and advice as to why we may have come to each conclusion. Anita has great product knowledge.

Very attentive and informative lady called Anita who helped us throughout our visit and purchase. Took us through the sleep experience programme to match us to the correct mattress and then showed us around the store to the appropriate mattresses. Very friendly and chatty, without pressuring us into a particular purchase.

Ian who assisted us in choosing a mattress was brilliant. He wasn’t pushy at all but totally helped and explained all the different mattresses

Tom in the Lancaster store couldn’t have been more helpful in giving us information about the mattresses in store. They were welcoming and friendly and we left with all our questions answered. His knowledge on all of the mattresses was most useful and impressive.

Anita, the shop manager was amazing from start to finish, she helped us find the perfect bed, pillows and frame. Her customer service was incredible, it was a lovely, stress free experience picking a new bed for the first time. She had so much knowledge about the products and was able to look at what would be best for us.
