The Dreams staff were very welcoming. It was my first time buying a bed, mattress, and extras- They were very patient and explained everything in great detail. They took me around the store and explained the differences in mattress/sleeping pattern very clearly. They even offered me a brew! 10/10

Ian was our assistant in the Lancaster store. I visited twice, once on my own and once a few days later with my husband. I did not book an appointment, but Ian remembered who I was as I walked through the door and had clearly listened to everything I had explained on my first visit. My husband and myself were delighted by his attention, care and excellent salesmanship. Thank you Ian.
