Excellent service from begging to end, outstanding product knowledge, patient understanding and questioning of my needs, as much time as required to try various mattresses and pillows that had been recommended fir my needs, lots of sound advice and guidance, fantastic Covid measures throughout the visit for myself and other shoppers, no pressure to purchase and no hard sell.

Steph was very friendly and put us at ease! We didn't feel pressured to buy anything we didn't want to but some of the extras were good value.

Your colleague, Anita, was friendly and welcoming. Took me straight to what I needed and offered good advice. She was looking after another customer too at the same time and managed to serve both with a smile. Very efficient and she made for a nice atmosphere in the store.
