Ian the staff member at the Lancaster branch was helpful, very informative . He had good knowledge of products and gave us options of the products in the store, he gave us space and time to think about our purchase. We decided to buy a mattress and placed the order, gave us a delivery date which suited us. We will go back to the store to look at a bed at a later date.

I personally believe it is the team that I met in the store. Very dedicated to work and quite supportive and helpful to choose what is best for the customers needs. Anita and Ian explained everything about the product from start to the finish till the order is placed. Thank you
