Dreams - Lancaster

I dealt with Anita the store manager, she was friendly helpful and knowledgeable about all the products,without being pushy,I felt at ease all the time and came away highly satisfied,so glad I went to Lancaster Dreams (recommended by a friend). Many thanks looking forward to it all being delivered.

We were served by Anita at the Lancaster branch. She was very helpful and explained our needs to us. We were offered a coffee while we were looking round. We tried a few mattresses while Anita explained in detail the difference between them all.

In the Lancashire store.Anita was very knowledgable, willing to listen to my needs, understood my requirements and gave us lots of space to look and decide on the bed that we wanted.

Both Anita and Ian were so friendly and helpful on our visits to dreams lancaster. They have us the time to test out products and to really understand what we were looking for. They both made our visits fun and friendly
