Ian was a pleasure to work with and I'm a salesman but my daughter eldest said he is a nice man and pleasent but not pushy at all

Anya was polite, friendly and helpful. She explained that she was relatively new in post and sought advice from her manager where needed. Store Manager equally polite, friendly and helpful.

Staff very attentive. We had specific needs for our bed purchase and they were able to narrow our search. Able to try mattresses was a good bonus in these COVID times.

Anita was very welcoming from the onset. She knew her products and provided excellent customer service. Chris who is only in his fourth week in the store is learning but already has a good welcoming way with customers as well. Store visited was Lancaster

We were greeted upon entering the store and had really excellent service throughout from a trainee and more senior member of staff

The staff were very friendly - Anita and Chris . We were encouraged to use the sleepmatch technology to identify the best mattress for us and then were taken round the shop to test some of the beds. We were there for nearly two hours and were offered drinks several times. Anita was very professional and had a new employee with her who she was passing on her knowledge. Chris was very enthusiastic and willing to learn . Anita and Chris were very cheerful and we purchased a new bed frame and mattress that will be delivered in the New Year . We learnt a lot about sleep and also purchased some Tempur pillows that are just so comfy ! Great experience - never thought buying a bed would be so enjoyable .
