Ian in the Lancaster store made us feel comfortable from the minute we walked in. He was an excellent salesperson. Not too pushy, allowed us to take our time and helped us understand the difference in products. I can honestly say he is the best salesperson I have come across in a very long time.

We were highly satisfied with Ian who helped us decide on our needs had great knowledge regarding the products… the choice of beds were not amazing so ended up with just a mattress and will have to buy bed elsewhere.
