The workers seemed to be very helpful, although they did try to sell me a very expensive mattress but we got there in the end.

From first entering the store we were introduced to the shop assistance Ian who listened to our needs, and talked us through our concerns. while chatting i was offer a cup of coffee which i felt was a nice touch and most welcome, the second assistance also joined our conversation with some good input too. we left the store happy with our purchase and we are waiting to try out our new bed.

Everyone at Dreams is extremely friendly and knowledgable, the times to receive our order is fast and efficient, the delivery teams are fantastic and overall Dreams is the absolute best place ive been to shop for beds.

Ian was very welcoming and helped us to find the perfect matress for our daughter. He selected the best pillows for us to try the mattresses out and did not come across too pushy. It was a pleasant experience.
