The staff were very friendly and kind towards the children whilst we have our details to buy the bed. Very well laid out store, easy to find the bed we wanted.

I had pretty much made my mind up which bed I wanted, but I came to the store to try to physically see the bed before I made my order. The bed and headboard I wanted were not available to view at the store I went to, so I had to make do with looking at the most similar beds that were available to view in the showroom. There were also no swatches of the fabric available for me to view.
