Dreams - Lancaster

The store was well laid out, we were helped by Ian in store and he was amazing, he was extremely helpful, very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the beds and mattresses. It is not often that you receive excellent Customer Service but Ian was able to strike the right balance between ‘leaving us to browse’ whilst being on hand to offer his help and advice, he went ‘above and beyond’ which was the key in terms of us deciding to place our final bed order in the Dreams store.

Felt looked after from the very first moment. Ian knew when to spend time with us and when to give us time on our own. And he took time to call us later that evening - he went that extra mile - we were hugely impressed!

Ian the sales assistant and the other staff went to the highest degree of customer services with all there help and attention without feeling under pressure for our purchase, also very kind to offer beverages whilst shopping for our new bed.

Anita served us at the Lancaster store. Nothing was too much trouble. She and her assistant were lovely with us and really helped us find the right bed. Mum, who is the customer here, is 94, and so it was really important to find a comfy bed that she could get on and off, and Anita's advice was so useful. I would definitely recommend anyone to shop here for their new bed.

The cashier was extremely nice, had a very good knowledge of beds and mattresses. We had a kid with us, our son really liked him and was very calm.

I am happy with the service and delivery came on time and free delivery also was good. I went to the store and got it so quick. The Lancaster store is very good and nice surroundings and the staffs knows what to do well trained that's what I thought was highly satisfied.

From the moment we arrived we was informed of being short staffed. This didnt stop the members of staff present from looking after our needs, offering refreshments and answering questions when asked. Well done I say, short staffed or not. The staff were excellent.

This was our first visit to a Dreams store (Lancaster) - my partner and I were looking for a king-size bed and were, admittedly, fairly clueless about what kind of mattress what would be best for our needs. Lauren was ready to assist, and we learnt later that she was new to the team. We would never have guessed, as she was very knowledgeable about the products. She was very patient with us as we tried out mattresses and offered us drinks throughout our visit. The manager of the store also chatted to us (we didn’t catch her name, sorry!), and she was also very friendly and approachable. As a pair of mattress novices, we left feeling confident about our choice of bed and happy with our order. Thank you, Team Dreams Lancaster! :)

Store assistant Ian was very helpful and supportive throughout the visit. He made us comfortable and helped us choose the right bed and mattress. He was very knowledgeable and understood our requirement and was very patient during the whole visit as we took a lot of time trying different mattresses. The only thing which didn't go smoothly was the payment as the store manager told that it is a new store and the payment with Amex was not properly set but she made sure that it was processed in some time.
