Ian in Lancaster who helped us was extremely professional and also very friendly. We felt that he really cared about our experience and wanted us to have exactly what we we’re looking for. There were problems with the system but we understood that it was not his fault as the whole store was affected so we had to wait ages to put our order through. Ian sent us and email the next day and called us personally to confirm the transaction had gone through. Overall we are looking forward to receiving our bed. Ian is a great salesman and definitely know all about the products
