Staff at the Lancaster branch were very polite and friendly, especially Tom, seem to understand what was required by us and being elderly have made the delivery to suit us. The Sleepmatch seemed very good as my Partner found the bed she really found comfortable with by using it.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who gave my wife & I time to make an informed decision about our purchase.

We went into Lancaster store and 2 colleagues were willing to help. We dealt with Ian who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. As he was dealing with us his colleague was ensuring the store was kept tidy and using sanitiser

Welcomed into the store and offered a bottle of water first off! Two smiling and very friendly staff. Ian was nothing short of fabulous. He spent time explaining all the benefits of the adjustable bed l was interested in. He also had me on a couple of mattresses whilst demonstrating the features, and this helped me to buy with confidence the bed and mattress combination l want. Top notch service.
