The staff member - Ian - was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout.

I was very impressed by the knowledge of the staff and particularly their friendliness. I had gone into the store having never purchased a mattress before. The staff were excellent in giving me a range of options after understanding my specific needs and expectations. The experience was made more enjoyable and relaxing by being offered a hot drink and talking with the staff while placing my order.

I entered the store had a walk around, was greeted by a member of staff who then talked me through my options.

My partner and I went to dreams wanting to purchase our first bed and mattress. We told them our budget and what we wanted in a bed, and they showed us our options. We went on a bed that analysises how you lay so we could find mattresses appropriate to us, as they explained we want the money to be spent on the mattress to give us good sleep. We then laid on a few and the very knowledgeable staff member (Ian) explained the differences to us, before leaving me and my partner to discuss on our own which we preferred. Once we selected a mattress, we were then shown bed frames in the style we wanted, that would bring us in under budget. We then placed an order to arrive only 8 days later! We are so pleased with how friendly and knowledgeable Ian was. He gave us advice and shared his knowledge, whilst still allowing us take the decisions ourselves. He even gave us each a bottle of water! I cannot recommend dreams or Ian enough.
