Dreams - Lakeside

Maria took a phone call from me prior to our visit to confirm the bed we wanted to see was on show. She confirmed that it was and would be happy to speak with us if we wanted to visit the store. We decided to jump in the car and head across about 30mins in the car. Sadly our local branch didn’t have the Murphy on display.

The store manager was very friendly and gave us a good service. We used the sleep match system to find out mattress.

We were welcomed initially by the store manager with a warm friendly smile and happy greeting. He asked how he could help and following an initial talk we went on the machine to match a mattress to us. We were then greeted by Maria who was amazing in her knowledge and customer service. She offered us water as it was a hot day and was perfectly present but gave us enough space to discuss and pick the right mattress for us. I could not fault Maria at all and found her to be a real asset to the company.

Because the young man was very polite and listened to what I was looking for. I couldn't have delivery for a couple of weeks, and was allowed to pick date of delivery.

Generally easy, non-pressure environment to try out beds etc. Staff were helpful.

Staff (Maria) was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I struggled to decide on the final headboard choice

Friendly staff was patience and explained in detail why type of product I needed and the difference between the others

Easy to look around, wasn't hassled was allowed to look at the products on sale, the staff were professional and friendly and asked for help they were very accommodating. Good length of time sorting out the order.

Ian at Thurrock rook me through what was available for my needs. Identified a good bed for the money. Offered mattress but said will return. Passed me over to Michael who processed my order. Very good. Great service.

Maria was fantastic. Ready at the door on entry to help is find the right mattress for us. Wasn’t pushy, gave great advice and helped
