Dreams - Lakeside

As a couple we decided that we would purchase a new mattress, the only store we would use is Dreams. We are former customers so we knew the staff would go the extra mile for us and they did. The whole experience was a really good one. We hope we got the right mattress for us. If not we were informed with have a maximum of 40 day trial so fingers crossed our first choice is the right one. We were offered tea coffee or water by consultant. We would recommend Lakeside Dreams to any of our friends and family, Great job Dreams keep up the excellent customer service.

Found exactly what we wanted in store after our initial online search on the dreams website. The sales assistant satisfied our queries and we were happy to book the order through him within minutes of us walking through the doors.

Richard who greeted us on arrival had a very good manner and was neither pushy nor unattentive. He was very good on product knowledge, pointed out options and gave us both time and opportunities to try different beds, mattresses and to look around on our own and came and help us identify options we might not have seen. We did not feel any pressure to make a sale and a lot of effort to ensure we got the right products to suit our needs and budget. Ww started thinking we needed just a good bed frame for our existing mattress but in the end, we have upgraded to a great matress and a new simpler base but one that givers us what we need including storage and strength.

Our salesman was very professional considering my hubby was playing the joker, he managed in between hubby’s antics to find out what we were looking for, very much appreciated.

Great customer service at Thurrock Dreams from Sunisha. Warm, friendly and informative, understanding our needs and gave us time and space making our experience a very pleasant one. Through the order process, offered us refreshments and was very quick and officiant. Not one to ever leave reviews but was very impressed so I thought I would highlight Sunisha and her customer care and service.

The mattress is originally wanted literally got discontinued 30 mins before I placed the order, Natalie the assistant that was sorting my order was extremely helpful & apologetic, she found out & explained that it had been discontinued due to several faulty issues with that particular mattress. She tried her best to help me get what I originally asked for but it wasn't possible.

Ian was very helpful, friendly and experienced.

We were fully supported by Natalie. She took her time to explain and understnd our needs to finally select an option that suited us! Great customer service from her!

Our assistant was both extremely knowledgeable & helpful & guided us through the whole process. No pressure was put on us to purchase & no rush to serve us. Infact our assistant Richard spent at least an hour helping us. Excellent service & reassured with the 40 day trial period.
