When going into the shop I didn’t know exactly what I needed. A colleague “Darren” was very quick to ask what my needs were and showed us all the options available including size, fabrics, colours and price range etc. He also got what suited myself best rather than trying to see the most expensive item in the store. We left the shop and came back and Darren remembered exactly what we needed and was very informative on storage and headboard options. We were made to feel very comfortable while going through the order processing as were offered seats and hot drinks with plenty of laughs and help along the way from Darren and other colleagues. He was very efficient at filling out all the information as quickly as possible and we felt very comfortable leaving the store knowing the store had met our needs perfectly due to darrens help.there were no complaints all the way through our visit at all and the customer service especially from Darren was perfect listening and helping to find exactly what we wanted.
