The staff were absolutely delightful. Helpful and good humoured. Everything was made very easy indeed. The bed we bought was perfect for our needs and the staff showed us how easy it was to use.

Quickly met by staff member Phil who answered my specific query straight away. what I wanted wasn’t in store so he showed good knowledge in recommending alternative products but was never pushy, gave me time to look and think. We were offered a pillow for trying mattresses, the sleep master machine to help my son choose the right type of mattress and given time to consider quote I asked for.
