Great store Staff were both helpful and friendly. Did all they could to help. Christopher who took our order was extremely helpful and approachable

The sales assistant Phil was friendly and helpful and not in any way pushy. The staff even got a mattress from the back for us to try

As we entered the store we were greeted by Chris ...asked if we just need to look around or needed assistance...we talked through the different pillows then he told us where we could hang our coats we next did the bed assessment...he explained everything very clearly & offered hot drinks ...then he fully explained the different beds within our needs & listened & answered All our questions fully & clearly ....what an exceptional member of staff you have in Chris ...we would defiantly recommend your store to friends but also for them to ask for Chris ....

We were very well looked after by Sarah the assistant and we were left alone and not pressured whilst deciding our purchase

Christopher was very helpful, he did a sleep survey on us and advised the 3 best mattresses for us, he was very knowledgeable and even left us for a period of time so we could test the mattresses without being watched. I had my granddaughter with me and he included her in the conversations and provided drinks. He worked out what are needs were and our financial capabilities were are provided a choice of solutions for us to discuss. Would Highly recommend

We were helped in making our choice of the most suitable beds for us. After showing us which beds were most suitable, we were then given as much time as needed for us to try the beds and select which beds we required. Our sales assistant wasn't pushy, but was friendly and helpful.

I was looking for a bed and two mattresses for spare rooms. He totally understood that I didn't want to spend a fortune and guided me to the best value buys for both item. He gave us plenty of time to try the mattresses. Overall a very pain free way to spend money ha ha
