Both staff members were extremely kind and helpful. They were also patient when it took me a while to decide which mattress I preferred! The whole affair was very quick, easy and comfortable 😊

Sarah was very friendly, had good product knowledge and not at all pushy. She left us to wander around to review the options we had and managed to reappear just at the right time to answer any further questions we had. Entering the store we were quite bewildered by the number of beds on display and a bed specialist - Sarah approached us immediately for which it was most reassuring and in no time at all Sarah analysed our requirement for a complete bed set with linen, pillows, headboard and mattress. Our requirement was for natural materials used in manufacture, several beds were on display meeting this specification allowing us to practically test the various firmness for final selection. Greeted on arrival no hard sales push. Left us to look around then advised us of sales items. Very friendly sales team. Mattress selected with lots of advice and choice after using sleepmatch. Very easy to process sale and delivery date selected quickly. My current bed is from dreams and i am so glad i went back
